Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Pupil Services, will provide clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling/therapy, case management and school-based support services to district students with emotional and/or severe behavior challenges and to their families. Works directly with students to understand the difficulties, debilitating behaviors, and negative thought patterns preventing them from educational success. Aids in diminishing those unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, by equipping students with mental tools to make better choices. Assists school team in making appropriate decisions relative to the student's objectives and schools program.C
