The selected clinician will provide license-appropriate clinical services, consultation, education, community engagement, and program support. Responsibilities may vary based on the clinician's professional license and scope of practice. Eligible Clinician Types: - Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Key Responsibilities: - Provide maternal, infant/child, and family health education.
- Provide consultation and clinical services to individual and group participants, including license-appropriate assessments and screenings.
- Review, deliver, and/or assist with the development of educational curriculum, abstracts, and poster presentations.
- Conduct community presentations and health education activities for participants, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Participate in conference-related presentations and professional outreach activities.
- Provide clinical consultation and/or co-facilitate program initiatives.
- Support stakeholder and staff training and community workforce development.
- Serve as a co-lead of the Healthy Start consortium and/or support grant-related activities and deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison and program/consortium representative with clinical partners, community organizations, collaborators, and other professional stakeholders.
- Participate in departmental and city-level compliance activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on the position type, professional license, and scope of practice.
