Responsibilities
Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance products.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for retention.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid insurance broker license in the relevant state or region.
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to work in a results-driven environment with measurable targets.
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt service accordingly.
Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
