Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their insurance needs.

• Recommend appropriate insurance products, including auto, home, and other available coverage options.

• Explain policy features, coverage options, and insurance requirements clearly and accurately.

• Follow up with prospective customers to develop leads into long-term client relationships.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate additional business.

• Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales activities using agency systems.

• Meet established sales goals and performance expectations.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages.

• Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
