Job Description

We are an established recruiting agency partnering with top law firms and organizations across California. We are currently interviewing talented California-licensed attorneys for multiple current and upcoming opportunities throughout the state.

• And additional specialized practice areas

Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role and practice area but may include:

• Handling matters from early case assessment through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and developing case strategy
• Managing client relationships and providing practical legal advice
• Participating in negotiations, mediations, and/or trial preparation
• Collaborating with attorneys, partners, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California required
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Experience in one or more of the practice areas listed above
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
