Location: North Carolina Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide remote counseling services to clients throughout North Carolina. This role focuses on assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to support improved mental health, emotional stability, and daily functioning.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
Complete intake assessments and create treatment plans
Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and related concerns
Track client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow ethical, legal, and professional counseling standards
Requirements
Active North Carolina LCMHC license
Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable using virtual care platforms and electronic health records
