    Description

    OVERVIEW:
    We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals supported by our organization. The LCSW will collaborate with psychiatric and medical treatment teams to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for individuals with mental health and behavioral needs.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct clinical assessments and provide mental health treatment using evidence-based, strengths-based social work approaches.

    • Evaluate clients social, family, and psychological backgrounds to inform treatment and care plans.

    • Assist clients in responding constructively to treatment and in adjustment throughout and following discharge.

    • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, psychiatric services, and community resources.

    • Provide individual and group therapy in alignment with best practice standards and current clinical research.

    • Interpret treatment plans for clients and families, helping reduce barriers to care and promote adherence.

    • Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team in treatment planning, evaluation, and ongoing care coordination.

    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

    • Exhibit professional behaviors consistent with organizational values and ethics.

    • Attend required training and maintain a safe work environment.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

    • Active LCSW license in good standing with the appropriate state board.

    MEDICAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Provide medical documentation as required by regulatory agencies.

    • Full-time position; may require hours over 40 per week and on-call availability.

    • Regularly stand/walk for prolonged periods; sit for short or long durations; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach.

    • Travel to meetings, trainings, and site visits, including overnight trips.

    • Use all five senses effectively; vision must support reading, computer work, and operational tasks.

    • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

    LICENSES/CERTIFICATES:

    • Valid LCSW license.

    • Valid drivers license and automobile insurance (if using personal vehicle for business purposes).
