Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Pennsylvania

Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing therapeutic services to a diverse client population through evidence-based practices. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid setup based on your preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Refer clients to appropriate community resources when necessary
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
