POSITION SUMMARY:

Clinicians will provide virtual mental health services and develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans for commercial contract clients. Services include, but are not limited to, assessment, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention. This position may be eligible for bonuses and merit increases based on hitting established metrics.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Hope Healing Connection (HHC) is dedicated to delivering mental health and assessment services tailored for adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples in the Inland Empire and Orange County for in-office services and Southern California for telehealth services. Our commitment extends to providing both in-office and telehealth therapy services, along with expert neuropsychological testing and evaluation. HHC specialize in precise ADHD testing, ensuring comprehensive and individualized support for all clients served.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts Intake Assessment to determine medical necessity for mental health treatment and gather information for diagnosis and treatment goals
• Creates individualized treatment goals according to patient needs and circumstances
• Meets with patients regularly to provide therapy services (individual, family, couples), and adjust treatment frequency and modality as clinically indicated via telehealth and/or in person services.
• Provide whole person care by providing appropriate resources and linkage as needed per client such as but not limited linking to medication management and or drug and alcohol services and collaborating with client's PCP.
• Manages client caseload and schedule to meet productivity expectations of 160 services per month/ 6-7 services a day by titrating, discharging, and intaking clients as clinically appropriate.
• Provide collaborative documentation with client and complete progress notes by the next business day.
• Initiate consultation and collaboration when needed to support client care
• Involves and support family members when appropriate
• Intervenes with emergency care techniques and protocols when patients are in crisis
• Maintains detailed confidential records relating to the patients treatment
• Understands and comply with legal and ethical principles & insurance payers expectations for mental health services
• Complete all initial and ongoing credentialing tasks in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain license requirements
• Understands and comply with insurance payers expectations for mental health services
• May act as a licensed signing provider over associates in HHC.
• May assist with the oversight and monitoring of insurance provider requirements.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience

1. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.

2. PsyD/PhD/LCSW/LMFT.

3. Licensed (2 years post licensure preferred)

4. 2+ years' experience in assessment/diagnostic skills & individual and family therapy skills.

Licensure, Registration, Certification

1. Trained and/or certified in at least 2 EBP's with at least 1 year of experience working in that EBP, for example: EMDR, PCIT, TF-CBT (Preferred)

Salary Description

$85,300 - $105,000
