Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate treatments
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards
• Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive client experience
• Upsell retail hair care products and additional services as appropriate

Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required
• Experience in hair cutting, coloring, and chemical services preferred
• Strong knowledge of current hair trends and styling techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to build and retain a clientele base
