We are looking for a motivated and dependable Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone who can confidently manage customer needs, solve problems, and help our agency maintain strong customer relationships.

Salary Range: $16.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, payments, cancellations, and coverage questions.

Process endorsements, vehicle changes, driver updates, mortgage changes, and other policy requests accurately and promptly.

Assist customers with claims questions and direct them through the appropriate claims process.

Follow up on pending service requests to ensure they are completed.

Maintain accurate customer information and detailed documentation in agency systems.

Provide timely communication and follow-through so customers feel taken care of.

Active Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of New Mexico.

Previous experience working in a customer-facing role or insurance office.

Solid understanding of basic computer systems and digital office tools.

Clear and kind communication skills when speaking with people over the phone or in person.

Strong organizational habits to manage documentation and follow-ups effectively.
