Rick Francis Farmers Agency is looking for an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional who understands the insurance industry and enjoys building strong client relationships.


This is a great opportunity for someone who can provide outstanding service, confidently handle policy-related questions, and help clients understand their coverage options—all while working remotely.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and general account servicing.
• Explain coverage options and help clients understand their insurance needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to review coverage and recommend additional products when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client information, policy documentation, and account records.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required.
• Prior insurance industry experience required.
• Farmers experience a big plus!
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain insurance information clearly and professionally.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and agency management systems.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage responsibilities in a remote environment.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
