Location: Lynnwood, WASchedule: Monday through Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pmPosition Type: In Office or Remote Opportunity

We are growing and looking for a motivated, positive, and customer focused team member to join our insurance agency team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, staying organized, and growing within a strong career path.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport with clients
  • Good computer and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required
Licensing Requirement:Candidates should already hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License OR be willing to obtain their license prior to their first day in the position.
What You’ll Do:
  • Help clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage support
  • Provide excellent customer service and relationship building
  • Assist clients with insurance needs including auto, home, renters, and more
  • Support retention and overall client satisfaction
  • Work closely with a growing and supportive team environment
