At Smile Orthodontics, we believe creating a lifetime of confidence starts with taking great care of our Patients and our Partners. We’re looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who is positive, team-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding clinical care and create a welcoming experience for our Patients
• Assist our Doctors with exams, procedures, and treatment appointments
• Take digital scans, X-rays, photographs, and other diagnostic records
• Assist with placing and removing orthodontic appliances, brackets, wires, and other treatment components
• Educate Patients and families on orthodontic treatment, oral hygiene, and appliance care
• Provide clear instructions and encouragement throughout the patient’s orthodontic journey
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared clinical environment
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and clinical protocols
• Work closely with the Doctors and clinical team to ensure appointments run smoothly
• Support and encourage your fellow Partners while contributing to a positive team environment
• Continue developing your clinical skills through training and continuing education

What We’re Looking For

• Current Minnesota LDA license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• A desire to learn, grow, and continue developing your orthodontic skills
• Previous orthodontic experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
