We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our aesthetics team in Metairie, LA! If you are passionate about skincare, enjoy helping clients feel confident and cared for, and take pride in providing a warm and personalized experience, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional facials and customized skincare treatments based on each client's individual needs
• Perform waxing services, including facial and body waxing
• Provide brow services, including shaping and grooming
• Conduct skincare consultations and make appropriate product and treatment recommendations
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and at-home care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through completion of services
• Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
• Stay current on skincare products, techniques, and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with other members of the aesthetics and clinical team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current and valid Esthetician License required
• Previous experience as a licensed esthetician preferred
• Experience performing facials, skincare treatments, waxing, and brow services
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and skin types
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
