Licensed Esthetician / Facial Specialist

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Sunrise, FL - near Sawgrass Mills

$25-$45 per hour total earnings (base hourly plus commission on upgrades and retail)

4+ days per week. Evenings and weekends required.

Experienced estheticians usually leave a spa for one of two reasons: not enough clients, or not enough to work with. Were set up to fix both.

Our membership base means a schedule that fills. Were near Sawgrass Mills, minutes from Plantation, Tamarac, Lauderhill, Coral Springs, and Weston, with easy access off Sawgrass Expressway and I-595.

Innovative Services We Offer

DiamondGlow, ProPen LuminFusion, NanoInfusion, NuFACE, LED phototherapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and the Dermalogica professional line.

Earnings and Growth

• Base hourly plus commission on every service upgrade and every retail sale
• Performance bonuses and team contests
• Higher retail commission once you reach Dermalogica Expert Level
• Advancement to Lead Esthetician, Trainer, or Advanced Skincare Specialist

Your production drives your pay, and our strongest estheticians earn at the top of that range.

Required Schedule

Minimum 4 days per week, including evening shifts and at least one weekend day. Peak hours are when our members book, and thats where your income is. If evenings and weekends dont work for your life, this isnt the right fit.

The Sales Requirements

Youll consult, recommend treatment plans, and sell retail and home care, and youll be held to average ticket and rebooking goals. Thats how the top of the range gets reached. If youd rather just perform the service and skip that conversation, you wont be happy here.

What We Are Looking For

• Active Florida Esthetician license
• 2+ years actually working as an esthetician performing facials - paid and hands-on. A license held without working in the field doesnt count, and neither do school clinic hours.
• A retail and upgrade sales record you can put numbers to
• Confident running a full consultation and closing a treatment plan
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Benefits

• 401(k) with company match
• Complimentary monthly massage or facial
• Employee discounts on services and retail
• ASCP discount
• KinderCare childcare discount
• Paid advanced training
• Free uniforms
• Paid time off at senior tiers

How Hiring Works

Clear the screening questions and well bring you straight in for a 30-minute interview - we dont do phone screens. Bring your license and be ready to talk through your retail numbers.
