What you'll earn:
- A guaranteed competitive base wage — you get paid it whether the salon is packed or slow. Your paycheck isn't a gamble on foot traffic.
- Our successful stylists earn $20–$50 per hour in total effective wage — base wage plus productivity, product commissions, and tips.
- Up to 20% commission on product sales.

What you'll do:
- Consult with customers, listen to what they actually want, and make professional recommendations.
- Shampoo, cut, and style hair for the whole family.
- Recommend the right products for each customer's hair.
- Keep your station and the salon clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Work as part of a team so no customer waits longer than they have to.
What you bring:
- A valid Cosmetology or Barber license (required).
- Strong cutting skills, or the eagerness to build them fast. New grads welcome.
- Genuine customer service instincts — you listen before you cut.
- Reliability and a team-first attitude.
- Availability that includes some evenings and weekends.
