Responsibilities: 

• Provide a full range of hair services including cuts ,and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate treatment
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with state regulations
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Upsell retail hair care products to support client needs between appointments

Requirements:
 

• Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required
• Experience in a salon environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Passion for the beauty industry and ongoing education
