Burgess Family Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented Licensed Health Care Provider who is skilled in the provision of primary/urgent care. The ideal candidate will function independently in a collaborative environment. This candidate will be responsible for conducting patient visits related to acute, chronic care and preventive care management as well as occupational health. They will be responsible for accurately coding and documenting all visits. Ultimately, this role is for an individual comfortable in a startup environment where an “all hands-on deck” mentality is key in fostering a positive team feel in a time of great growth.
