Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective Medicare or ACA clients, providing accurate, professional guidance on Marketplace plan options and subsidy eligibility
• Educate, consult, and match clients with plans tailored to their individual health and financial needs
• Complete enrollments in full compliance with CMS and Marketplace regulations, documentation standards, and consent requirements
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals during AEP/OEP and Special Enrollment Periods
• Maintain and manage a strong client pipeline through timely follow-ups, renewal outreach, and CRM updates
• Foster positive client relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding and plan activation experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve eligibility issues, SEP documentation requirements, and carrier escalations

Requirements

• 2-40 or 2-15 License required
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with people on the phone
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn a new skill
• Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by performance-based income

• High integrity and a positive attitude
