Location: Malden, MA (and surrounding areas)

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour ($72,000 - $93,000 annually), depending on experience

The Role

As a Licensed HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of our commitment to quality. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems while delivering the reliable service our local customers expect.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform thorough preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Licensing: Valid Massachusetts HVAC/Refrigeration Technician license.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliability: A track record of being timely, consistent, and professional.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
