We are seeking a motivated and dedicated sales driven individual with a customer service attitude. This is a rewarding position with competitive pay that is both hourly plus commission. Our compensation plan also includes opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses in addition to the base salary and commission plan. This customer service and sales position focuses on selling Auto, Home and Life insurance policies. Responsibilities will include heavy phone sales, telemarketing and servicing within our existing client base as well as actively developing and cultivating new business relationships. There is massive opportunities to cross sell current clients that have been with us for over 30 years.
We are seeking an energetic; self-motivated and accomplished sales professional with a passion and motivation to work on a successful team.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Communication Skills (English and Spanish Preferred)
Annual Salary Range: $42,000 - $75,000
