We are looking for a full time Licensed Sales Producer to focus 100% on outbound sales. In this role, top producers may augment their base salary of $40,000+ (based on experience) to achieve annual compensation of $105,000+. We are looking for the self motivated, driven sales professional with an amazing can do attitude.

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Generating insurance quotes.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Work independently and as part of a team.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required and prior Allstate preferred.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Be a fantastic presenter.

Prior Insurance Sales Experience.

Career minded vision.

Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
