Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with prospects
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain coverage clearly and build trust quickly

Coachable and open to feedback, training, and performance improvement
Organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation, applications, and follow-ups
Professional, dependable, and able to represent the agency with integrity
Tech-comfortable and able to work within a CRM, phone system, and quoting platforms
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude, not just transactional sales behavior
