Job Overview:

We are actively hiring a few Experienced Licensed Insurance Agents to join our team! This is a Full-Time, All In-Bound – No Cold Calling, On-Site, High Comp Structure, Opportunity! We are looking for Money-Motivated individuals. This is a Career Opportunity, not just another Dead-End gig, with a reputable company during a huge Growth Phase. Potential to be a Hybrid Position once established.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding Hospital Indemnity Plans and their benefits
• Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Must speak English (Bilingual is not required, but beneficial.)

Qualifications:

• Must Be a “Licensed Insurance Agent.”
• Computer Literate amp; Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach

Compensation amp; Why Work With Us:

EXTREMELY HIGHPAY SCALE:

• Base/Hourly + Commissions (Hourly rate is Performance Based that increases with production: $22 (lowest guaranteed) - $25 (Max hourly)
• Uncapped Commission – PAID WEEKLY (Top Reps are averaging $2500.00 weekly)
• Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Beautiful New – East Boca Raton Office
