Commissions and bonuses based on production. Top earners made $10,000 last year.

Responsibilities

• Review client portfolios to ensure they have the proper coverage tailored to their life stages and assets.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of different insurance products, including home, auto, and life policies.
• Manage incoming inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and clear, helpful explanations.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed with precision.
• Participate in local community efforts to build awareness of the agency and its mission to protect families.
• Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders, addressing their concerns as their needs evolve over time.

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance producer licenses for the state of Illinois.
• Experience in insurance sales, account management, or a similar service-oriented role.
• Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
• Technical comfort with insurance management software and standard office programs.
• Residency or ease of commute to the Bridgeview area.
• Previous experience with the Farmers Insurance platform is a significant advantage.
