Advantixx Insurance seeks a professional producer to help clients evaluate life and health protection needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct needs-based conversations and explain approved products clearly.
• Develop opportunities through agency leads, referrals, and approved outreach.
• Complete applications, disclosures, and CRM records accurately.
• Protect customer information and follow agency, carrier, privacy, and insurance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Nevada Life and Health authority preferred and required before regulated duties.
• Strong communication, integrity, organization, and follow-through.
• Insurance, financial-services, sales, or service experience is helpful.
COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT
Full-time W-2 employment. Compensation and incentives are governed by the written offer and compensation plan. Benefits are subject to plan terms.
A license alone does not authorize every carrier or product. Activity is limited to current licensing, appointments, training, and written agency authority.
