About the Role
Steven Shannon Farm Bureau is looking for a friendly, dependable Licensed Insurance Service Representative to join the team in Paw Paw. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance.


Insurance experience is preferred but not required. We're looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and willing to learn. Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or banking experience is a plus.


What You'll Do

• Assist customers with questions and day-to-day insurance needs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Help resolve customer concerns and find solutions.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Assist with policy changes, updates, and other service requests.
• Support the agency with general insurance and administrative tasks.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional products and services.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Friendly and professional personality.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Coachable and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Previous insurance, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
