As a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Representative with TP, you will help customers understand their health insurance options, answer questions, relieve concerns, and provide the kind of service that makes a complicated experience feel easier.

Currently, employment is restricted to residents of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY.

Your Responsibilities

As a Licensed Health Insurance Representative, you’ll use your insurance knowledge and customer service skills to help customers get the answers and support they need. 

• Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Help customers understand health insurance coverage, plan options, pricing, and contract terms. 
• Listen carefully, identify customer needs, and work to resolve questions during the first interaction.  
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns and helping customers identify appropriate solutions 
• Protect confidential customer and healthcare information while following required policies and procedures.  

What you will bring

• Active Resident Health Insurance License in your state - REQUIRED.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Your Remote Work Setup

• Because this is a work-from-home position, you'll need 
• • A dedicated workspace located near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, ISP under 30ms).
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN 
  • Proof of internet speed required
