Compensation
- $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
- On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
- New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
- Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
- Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
- Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, apply anyway. We're flexible for the right fit.
Requirements
- Must live in Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma
- Active P&C license in your state of residence; if you don't live in Texas, you must hold a Texas nonresident license or be able to get one
- Strong Allstate sales experience, averaging at least 30 items a month historically
- Comfortable working toward monthly production goals
You'll be employed by Sharie Withers Agency, LLC, doing business as Day One Insurance Group, an independently owned Allstate agency.
This is a remote position.
As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
