This role offers an hourly base salary of $22 based on experience. Successful candidates can make up to $55,000, including commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Service existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends.

• Valid Iowa Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of successful insurance sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Comfortable using agency management software and CRM systems.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
