Salary Range: $60000 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Provide personalized quotes that help families protect what matters most to them.

Review existing policies with current customers to ensure they have the right coverage as their lives change.

Cultivate a welcoming environment for every person who walks into our office or calls our team.

Collaborate with agency leadership to reach growth goals while maintaining high service standards.

Follow up with warm leads and nurture potential client relationships with sincerity.

Active Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license.

Prior experience working in an agency setting or insurance sales role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software programs simultaneously.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient demeanor.

Ability to remain organized while managing a pipeline of prospective clients.
