• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.

• Oklahoma Property & Casualty License (required).
• Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in independent agency settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time and priorities independently.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and standard office software.
• A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
