We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team. This role combines sales, service, and relationship management with a steady book of warm leads and strong earning potential. You will work independently while contributing to a positive, team-oriented office environment.

• Base salary of $45,000 plus unlimited commission potential

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and advise clients on coverage and policy needs
• Effectively process policy changes, payments, billing questions, and documentation requests
• Diagnose customer issues and provide solutions aligned with company guidelines
• Contact prospects and current policyholders to schedule appointments
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance agency experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn agency systems
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and competitive mindset
