Guaranteed base salary $58,000 to $65,000, paid weekly, plus commission and bonuses. Our techs make $80,000+ and our best clear $90,000.

What you'll do

• Run residential and commercial service calls: repairs, fixture installs, drain cleaning, water heaters, slab leaks, excavation
• Perform backflow testing and repair if certified
• Diagnose the problem, give the customer honest options, and do it right the first time
• Build estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan, keep your van stocked and clean
• Take your turn on the on-call rotation and respond fast when it's your week

What we need

• Active Louisiana journeyman plumber license (required)
• 3+ years of service plumbing experience
• Backflow certification a big plus (that's the $1,500 bonus)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good with customers, shows up on time, takes pride in the work
