Responsibilities:
- Winter: Operate plow trucks, loaders, or skid steers during snow events; assist with winter landscape tasks; perform general equipment and facility maintenance.
- Spring & Summer: Manage your own commercial application route, diagnose turf/plant health issues, and apply granular and liquid lawn treatments safely and effectively.
Requirements:
- Valid CT Commercial Pesticide License in hand (Junior Operator required; Supervisory is a plus).
- Winter Experience: Hands-on experience operating snow plows/loaders, performing tree work, or completing handyman/maintenance tasks.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card prior to start.
- Strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and physical capability to work outdoors in seasonal conditions.
