Job Description
Grow Together Therapy is a Michigan virtual therapy practice hiring fully licensed LMSWs for remote 1099 outpatient therapy. Clinicians provide care while our team handles intake, credentialing, billing, and practice operations. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with flexible hours and a 60/40 split of collected session revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy through telehealth.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule based on your availability.
- Support client fit, care continuity, and timely communication with the team.
- Provide ethical, clinically sound care to children, teens, and/or adults.
- Maintain a private, HIPAA-ready workspace and reliable internet connection.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Michigan LMSW license.
- Active professional liability/malpractice insurance.Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred.
- Comfortable delivering telehealth services.Strong documentation habits and clinical judgment.
- Able to work independently as a 1099 contractor while staying team-responsive.
