Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's individual needs
- Develop customized treatment plans that support wellness goals and long-term results
- Create a welcoming and healing experience that encourages repeat visits and client retention
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
- Support membership growth through client education and referrals
- Meet performance goals established by spa management
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences
Qualifications
- Active New York State Massage Therapy License
- License number may be requested during the interview process
- Applicants without a current NY Massage Therapy License will not be considered for this position
- Ability to maintain professional liability insurance
