Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is looking for licensed massage therapists to join our established massage department. With an existing clientele, continued demand for services, and a dedicated guest experience team, we offer an environment where you can focus on your craft and grow your practice.

What You'll Do
Provide customized massage treatments based on each guest's needs.
Consult with guests about their goals and treatment preferences.
Maintain accurate treatment notes and guest records.
Follow sanitation, safety, and professional standards.
Build guest relationships that encourage return visits and rebooking.
Work with the guest experience team and fellow providers to ensure a positive guest experience.
What We're Looking For
An active Maryland massage therapy license in good standing.
Strong massage skills and the ability to tailor treatments to individual needs.
Professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication.
A commitment to quality care, sanitation, and documentation.
A team-oriented attitude and a desire to build a loyal clientele.
Additional training or experience in deep tissue, myofascial techniques, prenatal massage, or other specialized modalities is a plus.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Evening and weekend availability is required. Specific scheduling options will be discussed during the interview process.
