    Job Description

    Holistic Health

Licensed Massage Therapist — Manning, IA

$25–$30/hour, depending on experience and modalities

Do you love helping people feel better — in mind and body? Holistic Health in Manning, IA is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. If you're skilled in Swedish, lymphatic, or deep tissue work and want a stable client base without the overhead of running your own practice, we'd love to talk to you.

What Makes This Role a Good Fit

    • Competitive pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience and the modalities you bring

    • Steady, established client base — no need to build a book of business from scratch

    • Flexible scheduling options to fit your life

    • A genuinely supportive, wellness-focused team — not a high-pressure spa environment

    • Benefits may be available depending on scheduled weekly hours

    • All supplies provided — linens, lotions, and laundering are handled for you

    • Scheduling is handled for you — focus on your clients, not your calendar

    • Keep 100% of your tips

    • Employee discount on products, plus a free monthly service for providers

    • The chance to practice a range of modalities: Swedish, lymphatic, and deep tissue massage

    What You'll Do

    • Provide Swedish, lymphatic, and deep tissue massage therapy tailored to each client's needs

    • Conduct brief client intake and check-ins to guide session focus

    • Keep clear, timely session documentation

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment space

    • Work alongside a team that values collaboration over competition

    What We're Looking For

    • Active, unrestricted Iowa massage therapy license

    • Experience in Swedish, lymphatic, or deep tissue modalities (all three a plus, but not to apply)

    • A genuine, client-centered approach to care

    • Reliable availability for scheduled appointments

    • Ability to pass a background check
