$32.00 - $40.00 per hour, not including tips. Pay Per Service. Not commission. Paid-training, guaranteed. You're paid for your scheduled hours whether or not the room is booked.
We are a brand-new Woodhouse Spa in Oak Brook, and we're building an amazing team of Spa Professionals.
Most spas in this area pay a low admin rate plus a percentage of what you book, which means slow weeks cost you income. We decided to do it differently. You get a guaranteed hourly rate, we carry the risk on utilization, and you can plan your life around a predictable paycheck.

What we're looking for
- Active Illinois Massage Therapy license
- Availability that includes weekends and evenings, when our guests are here
- Genuine care for the guest experience and a collaborative approach with the team
What you'll do
- Deliver Woodhouse signature massages and body treatments to protocol
- Set up your room and prepare each service to treatment standard
- Talk with guests about what they need and tailor the session to it
- Let guests know about enhancements and products that genuinely fit — no scripts, no quotas
- Keep your space clean and compliant with Illinois State Board standards
- Use our booking software to manage guest records
- Show up reliably for your scheduled shifts
Physical requirements: Standing and bending for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and performing multiple services per shift.
We pay up to $1,500 in referral bonus.
