THE ROLE

Spavia Sandy is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist for part-time weekend shifts. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are our busiest days, so weekend therapists stay consistently booked and earn strong, predictable income. This is a great fit if you are building a client base, want to add reliable weekend hours alongside another job or school, or simply prefer working weekends.

SCHEDULE

• Part-time, weekend shifts only (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Weekend availability is required for this position
• 10-minute reset between treatments to complete SOAP notes and prepare without rushing
• Membership-based model supports repeat guests and consistent bookings
• Built for sustainable scheduling and therapist longevity

COMPENSATION REAL NUMBERS

• $56 - $63 per 60-minute massage (base + typical gratuity)
• Base pay: $28 - $35 per 60-minute treatment (based on experience)
• Typical gratuity per 60-minute treatment: approximately $28
• Boost enhancements pay an additional $2.50 or $5 per treatment
• Additional earnings through advanced modalities, retail, and memberships
• Typical 5-hour shift (4-5 treatments): $224 - $315 per shift before boosts and tips
• Weekend therapists are typically 80-90% booked

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customized massage therapy treatments (therapeutic and relaxation)
• Recommend enhancements and treatments aligned with guest needs
• Complete SOAP notes
• Maintain a clean and professional retreat room
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Utah Massage Therapy License, in good standing
• Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
