What you’ll tackle
- Hands-on installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing
- Oversight of drainage scopes—French drains, stormwater management, and related underground utilities
- Daily use of plans and specs to drive accurate, code-compliant execution
- On-site collaboration with PMs, crews, and subcontractors to hit milestones
- Root-cause troubleshooting and durable fixes
- Material handling: load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and supplies
- Housekeeping and safety: maintain clean, organized, hazard-free sites
- Clear, respectful communication with teammates, leadership, and clients
- Productive, high-quality output to meet schedule and budget targets
What you bring
- Active Master Plumber certification
- Preferred: 5+ years of field experience
- Preferred: experience with drainage systems and underground utilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
