We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team.


Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults based on clinical experience and areas of expertise.
  
  
• Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies.
  
  
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and other team members to ensure high-quality client care.
  
  
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and staff meetings.
  
  
• Maintain professional and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  
  
• Active New York State LMSW license in good standing.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
  
  
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical or private practice setting preferred.
  
  
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  
  
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, or families is a plus.
