Licensed Masters of Social Worker

Summary:

• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (including 60-minute unpaid lunch break)
• Duration: 13-week assignment covering FTE LOA

Responsibilities:

• Engage in goals of care and end-of-life planning and conversations.
• Provide inpatient hospital social work services.
• Conduct discharge planning for patients.
• Work within oncology departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) (required).
• Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) by the State of New York (required).
• Strong communication skills (required).
• Knowledge of psychosocial assessment (required).
