Mood Health is looking for independently licensed therapists in Washington who want the flexibility of remote practice without the headache of building and managing a private caseload.
We handle client acquisition, scheduling support, billing, technology, and operational needs so you can spend more of your time doing what you were trained to do: providing great care.
This is aW2, pay-per-encounter telehealth positionwith flexible scheduling, consistent client demand, and ongoing clinical support. Once you start, our team works to build your caseload—typically within your first two weeks.
Mood Health serves patients across a range of backgrounds and income levels, including individuals covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance. Our goal is simple: make quality mental healthcare easier to access while creating a better experience for the clinicians providing it.

Clinical support when you need itYou'll have access to clinical guidance, training, case consultation, and monthly clinical case reviews.

Previous telehealth experience is helpful but not required.
$64 per 53 minute encounter, $40 per no show/non clinical rate
Eligible clinicians may also earn aquarterly bonus based on session availability.
Mood Health is a collaborative mental health group practice focused on expanding access to high-quality care. We work with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance populations and support our therapists with the infrastructure they need to build sustainable caseloads and focus on patient care.
Our clinicians work remotely while remaining connected to a broader clinical and operational team. We believe flexibility and clinical support should coexist—and that therapists shouldn't need to run an entire small business just to practice therapy.
