We provide IOP/OP substance use disorder treatment, Certified Peer Counseling, medication-assisted treatment, housing and employment case management, outreach, reentry support, recovery-based shelter services, wound care, and other supportive services for community members who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness. The SUDP Lead Counselor will review documentation completed by SUDPT staff, provide clear and supportive feedback, and help developing clinicians strengthen their clinical reasoning, ASAM application, individualized service planning, progress note quality, assessment skills, and ethical documentation practices.
