AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for an evening-shift contract at St Albans Health and Rehab in St. Albans, VT.

Assignment details

Location: St Albans Health and Rehab, St. Albans, VT
Dates: 10/27/2026 - 02/01/2027 (14 weeks)
Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal)
Local candidates only
Every other weekend required
Overtime not guaranteed
Must have reliable transportation

Requirements

Active Vermont LNA license
Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
