I've partnered with a long-term care organization that is looking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing facility in Maryland.

They're looking for someone who believes great resident care starts with strong leadership. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead the overall operation of the facility, support staff development, maintain high clinical standards, and help create an environment where residents and employees can thrive.

What they're looking for: • Active Maryland RN license
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
• 1+ years of LNHA experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Schedule: • Monday-Friday, Day Shift
