Job description:
You Became a Therapist to Make a Difference. Let’s Make Sure You Can.
At Hands for Living, we believe therapists deserve the same high-quality care and support they give to their patients. If you’re an Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist looking to grow your skills, connect meaningfully with patients, and do your best work—this is your invitation!
The hiring / credentialing timeline is 12-14 weeks from the date in inquiry.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated OTs or CHTs to join our Redmond, WA and Lynnwood, WA teams. You’ll work side-by-side with six experienced (and fun!) CHTs, two inquisitive OT's and two exceptional OTAs. We offer strong mentorship, a clear clinical growth path, and the kind of camaraderie that makes coming to work something to look forward to.
Whether you’re early in your career (1+ years of hand therapy experience or a hand therapy Level II fieldwork) or experienced and looking to sharpen your skills alongside top clinicians—this role is designed to help you thrive.
Here’s What You’ll Love About It:
One-on-one patient care – build real relationships and see real progress
Custom orthoses anytime they’re needed – we specialize in it
A beautiful clinic space – full of natural light and thoughtful design
Support you can count on – solid office management handles insurance headaches
Direct communication with local hand surgeons – collaborate, don’t guess
A team of 11 supportive, skilled therapists – and yes, they’re all fun ;-)
Opportunities to grow – clinical excellence and leadership development
A whole-person approach to care – hands are connected to shoulders... and lives
Competitive pay + full benefits – including 401k, PTO, holidays, CE allowance, and more
You Want to Help People. So Do We.
At Hands for Living, our mission is to connect people with what’s possible. That includes our patients—and our team. We’re building something special, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
